Description

Are you a seasoned finance professional ready to make an impact in the manufacturing sector? Our company is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in Ontario, California. This is an opportunity to partner with management, optimize processes, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.

+ Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the management team.

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

+ Collaborate with production and supply chain departments to assess costs and project profitability.

+ Conduct variance analysis for manufacturing activities and recommend corrective actions.

+ Assist with the development and automation of financial models tailored to manufacturing KPIs.

+ Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

+ Report on inventory, fixed assets, and other key manufacturing metrics.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, with proven exposure to manufacturing environments.

+ Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; ERP experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
