    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to support one of our valued clients. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and able to provide excellent front-desk and administrative support.

    Responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

    + Answer and route incoming phone calls

    + Manage office mail, packages, and deliveries

    + Perform data entry and maintain organized records

    + Provide general administrative support to office staff

    + Assist with scheduling, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed

    Requirements

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

    + Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

    + Professional appearance and demeanor
