    What You’ll Do

    + Lead Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance manufacturing workflows using lean principles and Six Sigma.

    + Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion Kaizen events and CI projects to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

    + Provide Technical Expertise: Support production lines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP standards.

    + Manage Projects: From concept to implementation, oversee initiatives that deliver measurable ROI and operational excellence.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

    + Experience: 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing or a similar regulated industry.

    + Skills & Certifications:

    + Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).

    + Proficiency in CAD and process simulation tools.

    + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

    + ASQ Six Sigma, Lean Practitioner, or equivalent certifications preferred.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
