    Responsibilities

    + Test manufacturing equipment and tools in-house in Burnsville, ensuring their functionality and reliability.

    + Work onsite five days a week, designing, coding, testing, integrating, and documenting product test software for aviation products.

    + Design test hardware, including fixtures and circuit boards, to support product testing.

    + Develop test solutions for manufacturing floor equipment and test products.

    + Program test equipment and ensure the integration of products into the system.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience. In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.

    + Ability to obtain a US DoD Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).

    + Experience with digital electronics, both hardware and software.

    + Proficiency in VB6/VB .NET (C/C++ experience is also considered).

    + Experience with LabVIEW and manufacturing test systems.

    + Hands-on experience with test fixtures.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Robotics and RF experience.

    + Proficiency in Python, test equipment, software testing, validation, and test procedures.

    + Experience in developing build test fixtures and testing EMI/EMC.

    + Familiarity with oscilloscope, test development, hardware, firmware, and test plan creation.

    Work Environment

    Work onsite in an engineering lab/test environment, engaging with high technology defense/aerospace commercial equipment and technology. The role requires designing, developing, and testing in a collaborative setting dedicated to innovation and excellence.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Burnsville, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
