Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. This role involves scheduling appointments for doctors and patients on multiple platforms, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer care, creating a personalized experience for each patient, and assist in facilitating smooth patient arrangements.

Responsibilities

+ Schedule appointments for doctors and patients on various platforms concurrently, demonstrating multi-level scheduling proficiency.

+ Assist in scheduling calls and maintaining task focus.

+ Provide exceptional customer care, ensuring a personalized experience for each patient.

+ Assist in facilitating patient arrangements to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

+ Perform typical medical assistant duties and tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Medical assisting

+ Patient care

+ Phlebotomy

+ Customer service

+ 1-2 years experience

+ MA diploma

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working in plastic surgery, dermatology, or a medical spa

+ Experience doing blood draws

+ Bubbly personality

+ Ability to speak fluent English

+ Great communication skills

+ Ability to deal with high-end clients

+ Team player

+ Desire to stay in the role long-term

Work Environment

The position is based in a high-end plastic surgery office located in midtown Manhattan. The work schedule is from 8:30 AM to 5 or 6 PM. Coverage is needed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, plus an additional day during the week, with 1-2 Saturdays per month. The role guarantees 4 days per week. The work environment is professional and client-focused, requiring a polished appearance. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
