+ Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to solve challenges and deliver results.

+ Champion Standards: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.

+ Leverage Technology: Use advanced tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, and MicroStation to manage design work.

+ Own Quality: Implement rigorous quality control processes to guarantee precision and client satisfaction.

What You Bring

+ 5+ years in design and drafting within energy, industrial, or related sectors.

+ 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.

+ Expertise in 2D/3D drafting tools and electrical design.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.

+ No nuclear experience? No problem! Your design leadership is what matters most.

+ Bonus points for experience in oil/gas or heavy industry and a Bachelor’s degree.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Naperville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $64.90/hr.
