    Description

    **Position Summary:** System Administrator for the UC&L Department at Unity World Headquarters is responsible for managing and optimizing the technology platform that serves minister partners. This role ensures ministers have seamless access to resources, updates, and community engagement tools. The position involves overseeing platform functionality, content organization, and user support to create an intuitive and reliable experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and skilled in communication and problem-solving.

    Essential Job Functions:

    1. Schedule meetings, maintain digital and physical filing systems.

    2. Assist with Partner onboarding process, support planning and logistics for trainings and ministry-facing events.

    3. Provide Circle Community platform support including uploading, formatting, and organizing content on the Circle platform, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness.

    4. Moderate discussions and groups, responding to comments or inquiries in alignment with UC&L values and community guidelines.

    5. Maintain a supportive and safe online environment by monitoring engagement and upholding community standards within the platform.

    6. Track and organize posts, resources, and discussion threads to keep the platform intuitive and easy to navigate.

    7. Oversee the minister engagement platform, ensuring stability, security, and ease of use.

    8. Upload, format, and organize resources, announcements, and updates for ministers.

    9. Provide technical assistance and navigation guidance to minister partners; troubleshoot issues promptly.

    10. Develop schedules, templates, and processes for regular content posting and feature updates.

    11. Gather user feedback and monitor engagement metrics to improve platform functionality and minister experience.

    12. Support onboarding for new minister partners and provide training on platform features.

    13. Coordinate platform use for virtual and hybrid events, ensuring smooth access to event content and communications.

    14. Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and spiritual sensitivity in all interactions.

    15. Assist in creating schedules, workflows, and templates for regular content posting and community engagement.

    16. Provide basic technical assistance and platform navigation support to users.

    17. Gather feedback and engagement metrics to help enhance the Circle community experience.

    18. Support UC&L projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications.

    19. Maintain updated records of ministries, ministers, directories, and program participation within the Circle platform.

    20. Occasional support for virtual or in-person events outside standard business hours.

    21. Manage multiple projects and independently prioritize tasks.

    22. Regular and reliable attendance at the worksite and adhere to assigned schedule _._

    23. Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures per the guidebook including all safety requirements including all safety guidelines

    24. Utilize electronic time management system to input time, attendance and paid time off request.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent administrative experience.

    Professional Experience:

    + 2 years of administrative, coordinator, or community management experience.

    Competency Statement(s):

    1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, reflecting Unity’s voice and values.

    3. Comfortable with online community moderation, digital communication, and content management.

    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and online community platforms (Circle experience a plus).

    5. Ability to uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and spiritual sensitivity in interactions with ministers and community members.

    6. Experience managing digital content, forum moderation, or online communities.

    7. Basic understanding of online engagement analytics.
