Job Title: Forensic Technology Services Experienced Manager for Multiple Openings
Approved Locations: 1100 Peachtree Street, Suite 1400, Atlanta, GA 30309. Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within the same geographic location as the assigned Grant Thornton office location. 10% travel to various client sites throughout the U.S.
Job Description:
Your day-to-day will include:
Manage forensic technology engagements related to fraud, compliance, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and disputes. Utilize a variety of computer system technologies, including SQL, Python, JavaScript, Tableau, Docker, and MongoDB, to conduct data scooping, develop analytical solutions, and summarize and present analysis results to clients. Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to conduct quantitative analysis of structured and semi-structured data. Develop work plans to identify relevant data sets, query and analyze data, interact with clients, and implement analytics modules using advanced analytics techniques. Analyze computer systems containing financial records, accounting data, database extracts, system access logs, and other data sets using SQL. Develop data visualizations and present findings to help clients’ decision-making processes. Work for a variety of clients including inside and outside counsel, regulators, and stakeholders involved in disputes, investigations, regulatory and compliance matters.
You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
+ Requirement - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering, or related field, or the foreign degree equivalent
+ Relevant experience – 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or Forensic Technology Services Manager, or related job titles
+ Experience must include: (1) Building analyses on datasets using SQL and other data-analytic techniques to detect fraud, waste, and abuse within corporate financial records and other data sets (both structured and un-structured); (2) Conducting data analysis leveraging open-source and proprietary code libraries and tools, including Python and R; (3) Memorializing forensic research and analysis into formal reporting; (4) Performing investigative research on both technological and business-oriented topics; (5) Conducting witness and informational interviews, including the use of behavioral interviewing techniques; (6) Identifying, preserving, and collecting evidence in a forensically sound manner; (7) Project management skills, including status reporting and client updates; and (8) Performing data visualizations that synthesize data sets using technologies including Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
+ Certification in CFE, CPA, CAMS, CAFSC, EnCE, or ACE required.
+ Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within the same geographic location as the assigned Grant Thornton office location.
+ 10% travel to various client sites throughout the U.S.
