We’re looking for an OSP Construction Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX! If you’re passionate about telecom outside plant engineering and construction, enjoy managing projects, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you! This is a full-time, in-office role with a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct pre-construction field inspections, walkouts, and site visits.

+ Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve project issues.

+ Assign tasks to construction crews, set deadlines, and monitor progress.

+ Review construction packages, permits, and project documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

+ Prepare detailed work prints, create job cost estimates, and develop bills of materials.

+ Perform field reviews and post-construction inspections to verify project standards.

+ Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned projects.

+ Keep our project management system updated weekly.

+ Provide accurate forecasting and reporting throughout the month.

+ Collaborate with management to support market operations.

Qualifications:

+ Solid understanding of outside plant engineering and construction.

+ Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

+ Ability to meet deadlines and ensure project milestones are achieved.

+ Knowledge of construction safety standards.
