Job Description
To support the Interdisciplinary Schools with administrative tasks with a focus on the School of Data Science.

Abilities to record notes, communicate via email, phone, and in person, professionalism and customer service skills, and introductory knowledge of administrative functions in a higher education setting.

Some customer service experience.
Some experience with Microsoft and Windows-based programs such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and Adobe.
Basic experience with office equipment such as printer, copier, and phones.
Basic experience in an administrative support role.

Conditions of Employment
Hourly (wage) employees are restricted to working 29 hours per week on average or 1500 hours in total in the May 1 – April 30 period. This position does not have health insurance, retirement or leave.
This position is Monday through Friday with part-time hours between 8a and 5p.
Annual Salary/Hourly Rate Salary is commensurate with education and experience and begins at $ - 15.49/hr
