    Behavioral Technician – School Setting

     

    Pay: Up to $25/hour

     

    Start Date: ASAP – Remainder of the School Year

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Technician to support students in a school environment. This role involves working closely with educators and support staff to implement behavioral strategies that promote student success.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide direct behavioral support to students in classroom and school settings.

    + Assist in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

    + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff to ensure a positive learning environment.

    + Document student progress and communicate updates to the team.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

    + Ability to obtain or willingness to pursue a Wisconsin DPI license.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred.
