As a Senior **Full Stack Developer** , you will make an impact by building and enhancing flagship products such as Rhapsody, Boop, and Analytics. You will be a valued member of a fast-growing team, collaborating with senior engineers and product managers to translate requirements into detailed designs and implement innovative features. This role offers exposure to UI development, microservice-based backend systems, data processing, and machine learning—while solving complex business challenges.

In this role, you will:

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions.

+ Develop and maintain applications using Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, and React.js.

+ Work on microservices architecture and modern SQL/NoSQL databases.

+ Break down product requirements into actionable tasks and deliver high-quality code.

+ Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

What you need to have to be considered:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

+ Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.

+ 3+ years of professional software development experience.

+ 2+ years of programming experience with Java and JavaScript.

+ Proven experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and React.js.

+ Experience with modern SQL/NoSQL databases.

+ Ability to work independently and break down complex requirements into manageable tasks.

These will help you stand out:

+ Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

+ Familiarity with Kubernetes and Node.js.

+ Knowledge of data processing pipelines and distributed systems.

+ Experience developing software for the medical industry.

+ Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across time zones.
