Join Extra Space Storage as a **Senior Treasury Analyst – Debt** , where you’ll play a key role in steering the company’s financial strength. In this strategic role, you’ll oversee cash flow, liquidity, and debt management while analyzing financial risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Duties & Responsibilities

+ Manage secured loan portfolio

+ Manage secured debt compliance

+ Assist with unsecured debt compliance and portfolio management

+ Develop and maintain various tables and dashboards for debt reporting

+ Perform interest and other debt-related analyses

+ Analyze banking data and research banking relationships

+ Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures

+ Review processes and recommend improvements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Five to seven plus years working in Commercial Real Estate, finance and/or banking

+ Additional education may be substituted for work experience on a case by case basis

Competencies

+ Bank software/platform experience

+ Expertise with treasury or related software

+ Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving

+ Technical knowledge

+ Moderate to advanced computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
