    DeVivo Parts & Tools currently has an opening for a full-time Parts Advisor at our Seekonk, MA shop.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Partner with internal departments and personnel

    + Ordering, procurement, stocking and billing of parts

    + Create and receive parts requisitions/purchase orders

    + Communicate daily with service writers, shop manager and technicians on parts needs

    + Warranty and dirty core maintenance

    + Must be proficient with computers and dealership software including Microsoft Office

    + Warehousing, shipping & receiving

    + Maintain clean and organized parts area and warehouse

    + Maintain adequate supplier and vendor relations

    + Conduct physical inventory counts as needed

    + Reports directly to the Parts Manager

    + Ability to safely operate a forklift

    Minimum Requirements:

    + 3 years' experience in parts/warehousing/inventory control within the automotive/truck parts industry

    + Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions to parts needs for company departments

    + Ability to achieve and maintain proper parts certifications and training on Thermo King products

    + Valid driver-s license
