Job Description
A medical device manufacturing company located in Lakewood, CO is looking for an experienced maintenance technician to join their team. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting and programming PLC and HMI systems that are present on the manufacturing floor. They will also be responsible troubleshooting and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Some other duties may troubleshooting their mold injection systems and different welding techniques centered around thermoplastic bonding.
This role is a full time position looking to pay 35-37/hr with a comprehensive benefits package as well as investment opportunities. This person needs to be available for either the 1:30 pm - 10 pm MST or 9:30 pm - 6 am MST shift with a shift differential for night shift.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience working as a maintenance technician in the manufacturing field
Minimum 5 years of experience working with, programming and troubleshooting PLCs and HMIs
Electrical experience with ability to test voltage up to 480 volts
Ability to read detailed electrical/mechanical schematics
Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic systems and mold injection systems
Experience with RF Welding theory/process, Bonding, Ultrasonic welding, Hot plate welding, leak testing, etc. Any degree or certifications in electrical/mechanical maintenance
Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell systems
