Job Description

A healthcare insurance provider is looking for a Generative AI Program Coordinator to support their Risk Review & Operations function. This project management oriented role steers the enterprise Generative AI Risk Review and Operations function by managing intake of AI use cases, coordinating risk assessments (privacy, security, ethics, model quality), and mapping applicable controls and guardrails. This person will facilitate the risk domain review panel, orchestrate collaboration between business owners and data scientists across technical and business streams, and keep momentum through rigorous follow‑up, meeting coordination, and clear documentation. They will also oversee operational tools and services, maintain workflows and reporting, and stay in front of emerging GenAI tools and regulatory developments to translate complex topics into actionable processes. While not a hands‑on technical position, success requires a strong understanding of generative AI concepts and practical usage patterns, plus exceptional organization, stakeholder management, and PMO discipline to drive decisions and compliance at scale.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Program Coordinator, Project Manager, or related support role

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Gen AI use-cases, and emerging Gen AI technologies

• Experience in AI risk management including risk review, operations, and controls

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• Knowledge of regulatory trends and compliance standards
