    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of the largest Insurance companies in the world. This individual will join the Strategic Planning Office team and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for complex commission systems. In this role, you will work closely with 3rd party vendors on products and a Lead Business Analyst to work on multiple projects focused on commission tables including building for new production, loading, validating, and testing to move downstream. You will also be working with the QA staff to create test matrices on UAT and table auditing. The ideal candidate will also be a self-driver and have a willingness to learn throughout the role. This candidate will be compensated at an hourly rate starting at $50/HR.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Experience working as a Busines Analyst in commissions, specifically in Life Insurance

    Experience with writing requirements for complex commission systems:

    - Decision Support System, DSS

     

    - PerformancePlus

     

    Experience with Jira and Agile/Waterfall

     

    Experience UAT testing and table auditing

     

    - QA Production to model tables Cyberlife
