    Job Description

    The Advanced Practice Coordinator-Oncology & Cellular Therapy provides administrative leadership to advanced practice providers within the department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Recruitment, retention, and orientation of APPs, Education, training, onboarding, coordinating schedule and ensuring appropriate staffing, process improvement, quality improvement, engagement in FACT accreditation and re-accreditation, expert in FACT requirements, coordination of Advanced Practice for FACT, facilitation of professional development opportunities for advanced practice, providing annual evaluation of staff, cost center management, facilitation of advanced practice budget, completion of bi-weekly payroll. Will also provide bedside clinical services to both the inpatient and outpatient clinical units and build the team. The salary range for this position is $135-155K with bonus and relocation options.
