    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    Administer and maintain Cisco Meraki networking solutions, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

     

    Manage and secure Palo Alto firewalls, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.

     

    Oversee Azure Active Directory for identity and access management, including user provisioning and group policies.

     

    Act as the primary point of contact between dealership IT operations and corporate end-user services, facilitating issue resolution and project coordination.

     

    Monitor system performance, implement upgrades, and ensure high availability of network and security systems.

     

    Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and compliance.

     

    Provide technical guidance and support to dealership staff and coordinate with corporate teams for escalations. This is a contract role onsite 5 days a week onsite required. The hourly rate for this role is between $44-$50/hr.

    3+ years of experience as a system administrator

     

    Cisco Meracki

     

    Palo Alto firewalls

     

    Azure active directory
