    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join one of the largest Insurance companies in the world. This individual will join the Strategic Planning Office team and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for claims systems. In this role, you will work closely with 3rd party vendors on products and a Lead Business Analyst to work on multiple projects focused on claims modernization. You will also be working with the QA staff to create test matrices on UAT and table auditing. The ideal candidate will also be a self-driver and have a willingness to learn throughout the role. This candidate will be compensated at a rate of $50/HR.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Approximately 5 years of xperience working as a Busines Analyst in claims, specifically in Life Insurance or Health Insurance

     

    - Need at least exposure to Life

     

    Experience with Jira and Agile/Waterfall

     

    Experience UAT testing and table auditing

     

    - QA Production to model tables

     

    Experience with data mapping

     

    - Going to have to help with data feeds from one system to another

     

    - Understanding where data is coming from and being able to map and understand translations

     

    File validations

     

    - Compliance data requests - request to know certain information about a policy grouping - tech pulls data, need to make sure all data is covered in the extract

     

    - Also covering spot checks to ensure quality data
