    • Maintain detailed tracking of deliverables, status, risks, and dependencies across multiple integrations at once.

    M&A Lifecycle Management

    • Lead HR diligence information requests, data collection, document validation, and risk identification for each acquisition.

    • Compile and summarize HR diligence findings and partner with the VP of HR on recommendations and pre-close planning.

    • Collect, validate, and organize all required HR diligence materials (employee rosters, comp and benefits data, org charts, PTO policies, handbooks, etc.).

    • Support the creation of integration summaries, risk assessments, and onboarding plans for newly acquired employees.

    Project Management

    • Build and manage detailed HR integration project plans, including timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables.

    • Drive weekly integration meetings for HR workstreams, communicate status updates, and escalate issues as needed.

    • Ensure all post-close processes (offer letters, onboarding, payroll transition, systems access, benefits enrollment, compliance files, etc.) are executed flawlessly.

    Tactical HR Operations

    • Coordinate day-one and week-one onboarding logistics for acquired employees, including welcome communication, system setup, and HR orientation.

    • Manage employee data collection, formatting, and validation for payroll, benefits, and HRIS migration.

    • Work with payroll to ensure accurate cutover, proper data mapping, and timely final/transition payments as needed.

    • Partner with benefits to transition all employees onto Alloy programs; track elections, enrollment completion, and eligibility issues.

    • Support policy harmonization, handbook updates, and implementation of standardized HR practices across acquired branches.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT, Operations, and Integrations to ensure cohesive and timely execution.

    • Act as the liaison between the acquired company’s HR/people contacts and Alloy’s internal teams.

    Process Alignment

    • Ensure alignment and adoption of Alloy HR processes, including: Workforce planning • Compensation & Benefits • Payroll • HRIS • Performance & Talent • Employee Relations • Culture & Engagement. • Continuously refine and improve HR integration playbooks, tools, templates, and processes to increase speed, clarity, and consistency across acquisitions.
