Job Qualifications

The successful candidate will be child centered with the ability to actively supervise students in cafeteria and recess/playground settings. They will be able to work collaboratively with other staff, have excellent communication skills, follow health and safety standards, and model school-wide core values of respect, responsibility and engagement. Duties include ensuring student safety, encouraging positive behavior, and supporting a respectful and inclusive environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, enjoy working with children, and can manage groups with kindness and consistency.
