As a Branch Manager In Training, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to drive sales, support operational excellence, and develop your teammates — positioning yourself for future advancement into branch leadership.

• What You’ll Do:

Lead and Grow

+ Drive branch sales performance through superior service, product knowledge, and proactive customer engagement

+ Support the development, training, and motivation of associates to help them succeed

+ Build lasting customer relationships and expand the branch’s network

Protect and Improve

+ Ensure operational standards are met to safeguard company assets and inventory

+ Maintain an organized and customer-ready showroom and warehouse environment

+ Assist in monitoring expenses, managing stock levels, and supporting efficient logistics

Be Hands-On

+ Partner in all aspects of operations — counter sales, order processing, merchandising, and warehouse activities

+ Learn and apply best practices for safety, compliance, and operational procedures

+ Serve as a go-to support for both customers and team members

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $45k-55k + Bonus Eligible

The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
