This position is suitable for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, service-focused individual who will monitor, maintain, and complete client billing and reconciliations, as well as participate in reporting and account maintenance processes. The Financial Analyst position supports our Client Finance team by partnering with Publicis Groupe client contacts to ensure campaigns are invoiced according to proper procedures.
Responsibilities
+ Facilitate monthly client invoice procedure in a timely and accurate manner
+ Compile and organize data for client invoicing
+ Review and confirm pricing and budgets with client contacts
+ Collect and manage campaign data reporting
+ Frequent communication with clients and vendors on open balances
+ Assist in ad hoc reporting
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
+ Professional experience in a Finance or Accounting position preferred, but open to entry-level candidates with educational or internship experience
+ Proficiency of MS Office, Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables) required
+ Understanding of basic billing concepts
+ Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with diverse groups agency-wide
+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
+ Accountability and flexibility a must
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
+ Strong organization and communication skills
+ Positive team player attitude

Compensation Range: $49,305- $65,415 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
