Job Summary
Join Arkema’s HR team as a Senior Compensation Analyst! In this role, you’ll analyze and administer base and variable pay programs, conduct market benchmarking, and ensure compliance with compensation regulations. You’ll provide consultative support to HR and business leaders, lead compensation projects, and deliver actionable insights through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
+ Administer assigned compensation programs throughout the annual cycle, ensuring alignment with Arkema’s pay philosophy
+ Conduct complex compensation analyses, including market pricing, pay equity assessments, and modeling for new programs or structural changes
+ Support annual compensation processes such as merit increases, bonus programs, and salary structure updates
+ Provide consultative guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders on job evaluations, offers, and compensation planning
+ Lead or participate in salary surveys and benchmarking efforts; interpret data and apply findings to internal structures
+ Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency) and contribute to policy development
+ Partner with HRIS to maintain data accuracy and create dashboards and reports for leadership
+ Drive and support compensation projects and initiatives, such as job architecture, pay transparency, and process automation
Required Qualifications/Education/Experience/Competencies
+ Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or related HR disciplines, demonstrating increasing responsibility and expertise
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
+ Solid understanding of compensation principles, regulatory requirements (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency laws), and survey methodologies
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, modeling)
+ Familiarity with compensation tools (e.g., CompAnalyst, Payfactors, MarketPay)
+ Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP)
+ Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to produce actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications/Education/Experience
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar designation is strongly preferred
Workplace Type
Hybrid – minimum of 3 days in the office (Radnor, PA)
Reporting Structure
This role reports to the Compensation Program Manager and will have no direct reports
Travel Requirements
Minimal travel may be required for team meetings, trainings, or conferences
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
+ The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods
+ Requires frequent use of hands/fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office tools
+ Occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 10 pounds
+ May require occasional extended hours or schedule flexibility during peak cycles (e.g., year-end or volume-based periods compensation reviews)
