Our client is seeking multiple Maintenance Technicians at their Franklin, NH facility.
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictiv,e and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the company’s business goals and objectives
_Franklin, NH_
_Full-Time | Direct Hire_
_Pay Rate: $28/hr and above based on experience, plus shift differentials_
_1st Shift: 7am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday_
_2nd Shift: 3pm-11:00 pm, Monday-Friday_
_3rd Shift: 11pm-7:00am, Sunday-Thursday_

Required Qualifications and Skills:
+ Mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
+ Basic computer skills
+ Valid driver's license; willing to travel between buildings
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
+ Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to manage multiple tasks
+ Willingness to work overtime and extended hours when required
Preferred Skills:
+ Blueprint reading
+ Basic math and trigonometry
+ Machine tool and electrical knowledge
+ Experience with equipment manuals and preventive maintenance
+ Comfortable working at heights and with ladders
+ Understanding of ISO standards
