**Location:** Fort Washington, PA

**Pay Rate:** $23.00/hr

Enjoy valuable incentives:

+ $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days

+ $500 retention bonus after 6 months

+ Additional $500 retention bonus after 12 months

Schedule:

12-hour shifts, 2,2,3 format

6:15am–6:45pm or 6:15pm–6:45am

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment for optimal production efficiency

+ Execute machinery setups, adjustments, and repairs to uphold quality standards

+ Monitor production processes to ensure superior product quality and strict safety compliance

+ Collaborate across teams to refine procedures and implement best practices

+ Maintain precise documentation of production activities, machine logs, and quality checks

+ Train and mentor junior staff in equipment operation and safety protocols

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications are a plus

+ 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, with expertise in machine operation

+ Solid understanding of machine setup procedures

+ Skilled in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

+ Excellent problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail

+ Experience with SOPs, GMP, or similar standards preferred
