    We are seeking an **experienced Pharmacy Manager (Director-Level)** to join **St. Joseph’s Women's and Children's Hospital** in Tampa, FL.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee operational, financial, and clinical functions of the pharmacy department.

    + Develop and implement policies and procedures for new and existing pharmacy services.

    + Monitor quality indicators and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

    + Manage staffing, scheduling, recruitment, orientation, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for pharmacy team members.

    Qualifications

    + **Education:**

    + **Required:** Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

    + **Preferred:** Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy

    + **Licensure:**

    + **Required:** Florida Pharmacist License

    + **Preferred:** Consultant Pharmacist License

    + **Preferred:** ASHP (Pharmacists)-Accredited Program

    + **Experience:**

    + **Minimum:** 1 year in pharmacy management and 1 year pharmacy

    + **Preferred:** 3 years hospital related pharmacy experience
