Scheduling Coordinator

You'll be empowered to make real-time decisions that directly impact our security operations while developing and implementing strategies to optimize scheduling efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
+ Create and maintain master security staff schedules using scheduling software and Excel
+ Process and coordinate Security Escort Requests (SERs) in real-time
+ Handle call-offs and coordinate immediate coverage solutions
+ Review and process time-off requests according to department policies
+ Monitor overtime usage and implement strategies to minimize excess hours
+ Maintain accurate attendance records and scheduling documentation
+ Coordinate with security supervisors regarding staffing needs and coverage requirements
+ Generate daily staffing reports and scheduling variance documentation
+ Support last-minute scheduling changes and emergency coverage needs
+ Assist with special events scheduling and additional coverage requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
+ 2+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or related field
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
+ Experience with scheduling software platforms
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
+ Available to work various shifts as needed
