    Job Description

Join our team as a Reliability Engineer and help ensure the dependability of mission-critical electronic systems.

    What you’ll do

    + Track and analyze MTBUR and MTBF metrics across product lines

    + Prepare reliability reports and technical presentations for stakeholders

    + Investigate field returns and perform root cause analysis

    + Coordinate with suppliers to resolve component-level failures

    + Develop reliability predictions and FMEA for new products

    + Support corrective actions and participate in MRB investigations

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability

    What you need

    + Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering _(required)_

    + 2+ years of experience in reliability engineering for electronic equipment _(required)_

    + Strong analytical and communication skills _(required)_

    + Familiarity with reliability modeling tools and standards _(required)_

    + Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) _(required)_

    Salary Range:

    $90,800.00-$121,100.000

    The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
