    **Location:** 4725 Piedmont Row Dr., Suite 200, Charlotte, NC 28210

     

    Schedule: Monday- Friday 9 AM–5 PM

     

    Support the Digital Data & Analytics Lead in advancing digital analytics maturity. Build and maintain scalable reporting, actionable dashboards, and forward-looking analyses. Enable product teams with tools and data to understand adoption, engagement, and performance. Turn raw data into clear, tailored insights for product teams and leadership.

     

    **Key Responsibilities** :

    Tactical / Operational

    + Build and maintain automated dashboards that monitor product health, adoption, and performance.

    + Deliver accurate, timely, flexible ad hoc reports for product, design, engineering, and executive leadership.

    + Develop deep expertise in digital data sets. Document how data is captured, stored, and interpreted.

    Strategic Support

    + Execute the analytics roadmap. Help shift from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive insights.

    + Surface data gaps that hinder insight or execution. Support data literacy across the digital team.

    + Partner with data engineering and enterprise analytics to improve data infrastructure and align on KPIs.

    + Implement approved tools, technologies, and practices that enable scalable and self-service analytics.

    + Translate dashboard requirements into front-end displays. Map to back-end data sources and systems of record. Ensure solutions scale and align with current and future-state mobile app architecture.

    + Ask the right questions, extract needed data and transform it into clear insights for varied audiences.

    Qualifications: Required

    + Experience in digital analytics, data science, or business intelligence in financial services, fintech, or digital-first environments.

    + Strong proficiency in SQL and querying large datasets. Experience with Python and Alteryx is a plus.

    + Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.

    + Familiarity with Oracle, Azure, MS SQL Server, MySQL, DB2, and Salesforce APIs.

    + Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

    + Experience building dashboards and data models for digital product performance tracking.

    + Strong communication skills. Present complex data to non-technical audiences.

    Preferred

    + Familiarity with digital banking products and user experience KPIs.

    + Experience in agile product development teams or embedded analytics roles.

    + Exposure to cloud-based and on-premises data platforms.

    + Experience with experimentation/AB testing frameworks and customer journey analytics.
