Job Summary and Qualifications

CT Supervisor

We are currently seeking a full-time CT Supervisor. As a CT Supervisor, you must be able to work in a technical capacity performing all duties encountered by a staff technologist and supervise technologists and/or ancillary personnel assigned to the CT Department. We prioritize patient care; if you are dedicated to caring for others, this could be your next opportunity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Maintain efficient, prompt, courteous service to 5 major areas in priority fashion: Surgery, ER, STATS, OP and IP

+ Offer solutions and develop action plans in response to patient, physician or service complaints

+ Coordinate all daily schedules for your department assuring no service delays

+ Organize procedural workflow to assure optimum efficiency throughout the department

+ Ensure all equipment is in proper working order avoiding costly downtime and unexpected repairs; Ensure preventative maintenance is performed properly

+ Maintain a cohesive team atmosphere of highly motivated, patient-focused caregivers

+ Assure continuous cross training of technologists and personnel

Qualifications

+ High school graduate (or equivalency) plus successful completion of college/technical training program in field of practice

+ Valid ARRT (CT) credential

+ Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)

+ Minimum of 3 (three) to 5 (five) years of CT experience, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting
