What You’ll Do

As a **Product Test Technician** , you will:

+ Perform calibrations and adjustments on electrical instruments for both new production and customer returns.

+ Maintain primary and secondary calibration standards according to published schedules.

+ Collect and record data, generate calibration certificates, and ensure compliance with ISO 17025 Quality Standards.

+ Support internal and external calibration services for measurement and test equipment (M&TE).

+ Share knowledge by training fellow technicians on standards and procedures.

+ Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced staff (no formal supervisory responsibilities).

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

+ 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent vocational training.

+ Strong soldering skills and ability to troubleshoot to component level on printed circuit assemblies.

+ Proficiency with oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.

+ Solid written and verbal communication skills.

+ Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production demand.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

+ External calibration certifications.

+ Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards.

+ Experience mentoring or training others.
