The Analyst/ Sr Analyst, Facilitation is part of the Corporate Security team within the Corporate Affairs division. This role will engage regularly with station leadership across Airport Operations, Security, Legal, and International Stations. They will serve as the central point of consultation for all matters related to international facilitation and cross-border operational strategy. The role demands frequent interaction with U.S. and foreign government agencies—including CBP and foreign border control authorities, including industry bodies such as A4A and IATA.

• Support the Senior Manager of Facilitation in readiness assessments and cross-functional collaboration initiatives.
• Investigate CBP violations with assistance of station where customer initial board point, write petitions for relief, authorize payments and coordinate corrective actions to prevent future violations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track performance metrics, compliance indicators, and monthly violation data.
• Coordinate and facilitate travel for inadmissible passengers in collaboration with government partners and station personnel worldwide.
• Provide International Documentation Training Curriculum for Customer Care team members.
• Work with Airport Policy and Procedures team to implement improved documentation and training policies.
• Coordinate with Network Planning and stations on CBP Landing Rights submissions
• Engage with border control agencies (e.g., US CBP, CBSA, UK Border Force) to review policy changes and provide executive summaries to Corporate Security leadership.
• Partner with internal teams (e.g., IT, Legal, Operations) to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies and processes.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in aviation operations, regulatory compliance, or facilitation-related roles.
• Knowledge of airline operations - either above or below the wing or extensive knowledge of the interworking of U.S. federal agencies
• Experience in interpreting new customs and immigration regulations
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Experience working with TSA, CBP, or other government agencies.
• Familiarity with international travel documentation standards and border control regulations.
• Knowledge of border control regulations and processes, entry requirements and travel documents, risk assessment, IATA API and PNRGOV standards, and ICAO Annex 9
• Project management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
• Strong understanding of aviation security and facilitation principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
• Multilingual capabilities (a plus).
