    ### Job Duties

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The essence of the role is to safely deliver and pick up product to and from suppliers in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area in timely and efficient manner, and to perform receiving functions to support the accurate and timely receipt of material.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Ability to read maps and plan daily routes efficiently.

     

    Ability to work with others at LSI or away from LSI in a friendly manner.

     

    Knowledge of all rules and regulations that govern truck drivers.

     

    Perform preventative vehicle maintenance, to ensure proper and save operating.

     

    Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any findings.

     

    Perform receiving functions as needed to support the timely receipt of product.

     

    Deliver materials to internal customers as needed by hand, dolly, or forklift.

     

    Perform any other duties in the best interest of the company as required.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    High school diploma or GED; or six to twelve months related experience

     

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    QUALIFICATIONS

    High school diploma or GED; or six to twelve months related experience

     

    Forklift Certification Preferred

     

    Valid MN Class A CDL license – with Air Brakes endorsement

     

    Ability to work with and around others

     

    Minimum of 2-3 years of driving experience

    The target hourly range is $26.00 - $29.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities.
