**Our client, a technology services organization, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team.** As a Customer Support Representative, you will be part of the Support Department supporting customer service and technical assistance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

+ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and ensuring they are met.

+ Address customer-relation issues promptly and escalate matters according to established procedures.

+ Provide software service, post-sales support, and service delivery assistance for local accounts.

+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding service, products, and technical matters.

+ Perform routine to moderately complex assignments requiring basic problem resolution and independent judgment.

What’s Needed?

+ Vocational/Associate degree in a technical field with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with limited experience.

+ Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work independently and allocate time efficiently.

+ Basic project management awareness and understanding of organizational policies.

+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and support partners.
