The Data Analysis Coordinator supports data quality, reporting, and basic analysis for one or more Acelero Learning delegates. This role helps translate centralized data systems into clear, accessible insights that local teams can use for planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The Coordinator works closely with the Delaware Vice President, local leadership teams, and the centralized Data and Performance function to maintain accurate data, prepare required reports, support dashboard usage, and ensure consistent data practices across the delegate.
Although embedded within the Delaware Delegate, the Coordinator aligns with Acelero’s organizational data standards and contributes to a unified approach to data integrity and performance monitoring.
What You’ll Do:
+ Review dashboard data and identify trends in enrollment, attendance, screenings, education, family engagement, and health.
+ Prepare summaries, charts, and visualizations to support planning, team meetings, and decision-making.
+ Monitor progress toward key performance indicators and flag areas needing follow-up.
+ Respond to routine and ad hoc data requests from local leadership and service area teams.
+ Support federal and internal reporting needs, including PIR, FMR, Self-Assessment, and CEEDS activities.
+ Conduct data checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with organizational data standards.
+ Provide basic training and support to staff on dashboards, data tools, and interpreting indicators.
+ Assist with implementation of new or updated data tools developed by the central Data & Performance team.
+ Document local data practices and help maintain consistency with data governance expectations.
+ Collaborate with Monitoring, Compliance, and PIIS teams to integrate data into planning, coaching, and compliance routines.
+ Participate in local leadership and planning meetings to ensure data is incorporated into decision-making.
What You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, education policy, social sciences, business, or a related field
+ Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, program data coordination, reporting, or a similar role
+ Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI preferred)
+ Experience working in education, Head Start, early childhood, or social services is a strong plus
+ Ability to provide basic training and support on data use and dashboards
+ Physical exam and background checks required
+ Local or long-distance travel required for meetings and trainings
+ Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This position earns up to 65,000.00 Annually
