About the Role
+ We are seeking a highly skilled Observability Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing observability tools to ensure end-to-end visibility across applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
+ This role involves building dashboards, alerts, SLOs, and working closely with development, operations, and SRE teams to enhance performance monitoring and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
+ Deploy, configure, and manage Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk for full-stack observability.
+ Build dashboards, alerts, reporting views, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
+ Implement instrumentation across applications, services, and infrastructure.
+ Analyze telemetry data and proactively identify system performance issues.
+ Support incident resolution and improve overall system reliability.
+ Collaborate with engineering, operations, and SRE teams to integrate observability best practices.
+ Perform hands-on tool administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with:
+ Dynatrace (APM)
+ AppDynamics
+ Splunk
+ Proven experience with tool implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
+ Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and telemetry frameworks.
+ Ability to work in cross-functional engineering environments.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
