Our client is seeking a PC Support Specialist to join their team. As a PC Support Specialist, you will be part of the IT Department supporting corporate and operational teams, including executive-level users. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer focus, and a solutions-driven mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: PC Support Specialist

W2 ONLY - NO C2C

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential to Convert)

What’s the Job?

+ Provide hands-on technical support for end users, including C-level and executive staff, ensuring timely and professional resolution of IT issues.

+ Manage, maintain, and support endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune, including device provisioning, compliance, and policy management.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

+ Work within ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems) to manage incidents, requests, and tasks while meeting defined SLAs.

+ Collaborate with IT teams to support ongoing infrastructure projects, technology rollouts, and system upgrades.

What’s Needed?

+ 3–7 years of experience in IT support or desktop engineering roles.

+ Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level personnel.

+ Hands-on experience managing and supporting Microsoft Intune environments.

+ Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support.

+ Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms preferred.
