    Assignment Length: Temp-to-hire

    Typical daily duties:

    + Soldering electronic components onto PCBs using hand tools and soldering irons

    + Inspecting solder joints to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

    + Reading and interpreting instructions, diagrams, and process documentation

    What we’re looking for:

    + 1–2 years of related work experience

    + IPC J-STD-001 Certification (or willingness to recertify if expired)

    + Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards

    + Good hand dexterity and strong attention to detail
