Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance to join their team. As a Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance

**Location:** Sparks Glencoe, MD

What's the Job?

+ Perform routine setup, operation, and maintenance of highly complex automated manufacturing equipment.

+ Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.

+ Monitor production quality, downtime, and waste levels, implementing corrective actions as needed.

+ Utilize technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to diagnose and repair equipment issues.

+ Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives and safety standards.

What's Needed?

+ Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.

+ Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints.

+ Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs on automated systems.

+ Proficiency with PC applications such as MS Excel and MS Word.

+ Knowledge of sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission components.
