    Welder – 3G MIG/Flux Core 1st Shift

    $26-32.00

     

    We are seeking a skilled 3G Welder with strong MIG and Flux Core experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll set up and operate advanced welding equipment, perform high-quality welds, and help eliminate scrap, rework, and downtime. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and customer specifications, while consistently demonstrating safe work practices and a commitment to continuous improvement.

     

    The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Plan and follow welding procedures and work instructions.

    + Inspect finished welds to ensure completeness and compliance with all quality assurance standards.

    + Safely operate all advanced welding equipment.

    + Set up, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to welding machines to maintain production quality.

    + Participate in improvement initiatives, offering input into welding procedure modifications to increase safety, efficiency, and overall quality.

    + Communicate and coordinate effectively with all departments.

    Qualifications

    + Must be able to pass an open-root 3G MIG/Flux Core fill-and-cap weld test

    + Minimum 2 years of MIG and Flux Core welding experience

    + Safety training

    + Ability to read a tape measure and perform intermediate math

    + Ability to read/interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions

    + Strong defect detection and quality-focused mindset
