    A leading North American contract manufacturer and packager of consumer products is seeking a skilled **Project Engineer** to support ongoing growth at its Southeastern Wisconsin facility. This organization is known for delivering high-quality, innovative manufacturing solutions and maintaining long-term partnerships across multiple markets. As the company continues to expand, we’re looking for a motivated engineering professional to join the team and contribute to cutting-edge production capabilities.

     

    The Project Engineer will provide technical expertise, lead capital and process-improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with customers, operations, and leadership to ensure successful execution of engineering projects.

     

    We’re looking for an organized, proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and solid experience in manufacturing or contract manufacturing environments.

    What You’ll Do

    + Design, develop, and optimize products, equipment, and production technologies to solve complex customer and operational challenges

    + Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and controls-related issues

    + Support sales and senior leadership by developing equipment quotes and technical documentation

    + Identify and implement cost-saving measures across production processes

    + Evaluate contractor proposals and support vendor selection for new and existing projects

    + Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution

    + Travel to equipment vendors to assess new technologies and solutions

    + Assist with production line assembly, system setup, and equipment commissioning

    + Train maintenance and production teams on new equipment

    + Provide technical support during customer trials, meetings, and project reviews

    + Oversee equipment and facility installations

    + Perform other related tasks as assigned by leadership

    What You Bring

    + Advanced technical degree (or equivalent experience), with **3–5 years** of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred

    + Strong expertise in **electrical engineering and system controls**

    + Solid background in **mechanical engineering** and system dynamics

    + Ability to interpret technical documentation, regulations, and complex business information

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to all organizational levels

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    + Demonstrated project management skills

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Outlook, and AutoCAD

    + High integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality

    **Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
