**Adecco is recruiting for a Yard Operations Associate** to support an exclusive client, a leading marketplace where insurance companies sell total-loss and recovered vehicles. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and staying active throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

+ Perform yard maintenance tasks, including wrapping and strapping vehicle hoods and securing units

+ Ensure all inventory vehicles are properly tagged, strapped, and have keys secured

+ Work outdoors in **all weather conditions** — heat, cold, rain, or snow

+ Stand for long periods; occasional crouching, stooping, and light-to-moderate lifting

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment

+ Support general yard operation duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

+ Detail-oriented and reliable

+ Comfortable with physical work and outdoor environments

+ Basic vehicle knowledge is a plus (not required)

+ Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines

+ Must pass a **drug screen** (THC not tested) and **background check** to meet company requirements

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
