    Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Pageland, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager Equipment Operator to join their growing team!

     

    The main responsibility of an equipment operator is to perform a variety of tasks related to the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.

    Responsibilities/Duties:

    + Load/unload cargo

    + Inspect equipment before and after use

    + Identify and perform minor equipment repairs

    + Perform routine maintenance and inspection

    + Adhere to all safety regulations

    + Maintain activity logs

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Valid driver's license

    + Read, write, and speak English

    + Forklift experience, preferred

    + Physical Demands:

    + Ability to handle 50 lbs.

    + Exposure to dust, vibration, noise, temperature variations and rotating equipment

    + Ability to use personal protective equipment is required

    + Must be physically able to operate a forklift

     

    Pay rate for this position is $16 an hour with a chance to become permanent with client.

    MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
