Chemical Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Seeking an experienced **Chemical Operator** to join the **Production Team** at the Santa Fe Springs location. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the **safe and efficient** production of chemical products that meet quality standards and customer demand.
Shifts Available:
+ **2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
+ **3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate chemical production equipment safely and accurately across multiple process areas, including etchants, neutralization, and wastewater treatment.
+ Pump waste drums/totes into storage, set up and fill drums for shipments, and clean/dump wastewater filter presses.
+ Maintain strict housekeeping standards and follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and operational procedures.
+ Learn and master at least two key process areas such as Ferric/Ferrous Chloride Etchant, Copper Oxide/Carbonate, Acid/Base Neutralization, or Wastewater Treatment.
+ Must have prior experience in chemical or manufacturing production and be proficient in English (read/write/speak).
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs, work with a respirator, and climb stairs/ladders regularly.
+ Forklift or HazMat/DOT experience is a plus.
+ **Strong job stability required. Must successfully pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination.**

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
