Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift
**Location:** Quakertown, PA
**Pay:** $ 29.15/hr
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm
**Type:** Temp-to-Hire
Overview:
Our manufacturing client in Quakertown, PA is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician for their 2nd shift team. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently while supporting production needs when day shift is unavailable.
Responsibilities:
+ Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
+ Handle tasks typically assigned to day shift when needed
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical issues
+ Complete maintenance documentation in compliance with GMP standards
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and day-shift staff on completed or pending work
+ Use computers, smartphones, and work-order systems for documentation
+ Maintain a safe and clean work area
Qualifications:
+ 5–7 years of experience in maintenance or mechanical trades (preferred)
+ Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related fields
+ Strong troubleshooting skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Solid communication skills and attention to detail
+ Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and digital work-order systems
+ Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus

**Pay Details:** $29.15 per hour
