Adecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire a Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is perfect for candidates with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, loading raw materials, and monitoring production to ensure parts meet quality standards. You’ll join a team that values hands-on experience, continuous improvement, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Loading raw materials into machines
• Operating machinery to produce high-quality parts
• Monitoring production processes and reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor •
Moving materials as needed throughout the production area
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety protocols and company guidelines
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasks
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods on a concrete floor
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
• Experience using power tools preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced production setting
• Must successfully pass a client-specific background check

**Pay Details:** $20.75 per hour
