Compensation and Benefits
**Pay** : $17/hr
**Temp Position** : 6-weeks long, Swing shift
**Available shifts** :1st shift 6a-6p, 2nd 6p-6a
Key Responsibilities
• Work safely and report any unsafe situations.
• Ensure proper application of caps and hermetic seal achieved.
• Perform autonomous maintenance on the line and area (include basic inspection, cleaning, and other attributes, listening and observing line running).
• Work with others to identify the root cause of downtime & determine effective counter measures
• Work with your peers and the team to make recommendations on how to improve the operation to optimize production with positive contribution to all key plant indicators safety, quality, cost, and performance.
• Responsible for the operation and performance of the line or area.
• Effectively and efficiently operate, adjust and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Maintain housekeeping.
Requirements
• High School education or equivalent
• Updated Resume
• Able to work off-shifts, weekends & extended shifts (i.e. 12 hrs.).
• Able to work with computers (navigating systems, recording information, using to find information to perform the job
**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
