Adecco has partnered with a leading Manufacturer to hire **Machine Operators** in the **Nashville, TN area** ! This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products. These positions are temp-to-hire with the support to provide long-term career growth!
Schedules + Shift Offerings:
+ 1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 8-Hour Shifts - 7AM - 3:30PM
+ 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday - 8-Hour Shifts - 1:30PM - 10PM
What You’ll Do
+ Set up and operate mail inserter machines
+ Follow safety guidelines and job instructions
+ Verify order details and complete basic paperwork
+ Help troubleshoot mechanical issues to keep production running
+ Complete product changeovers as needed
+ Maintain a clean work area
+ Support additional production tasks (handwork, reprints, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
+ Mechanical aptitude; enjoys working with hands
+ Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
+ Comfortable using basic math (fractions & percentages)
+ Computer-comfortable
+ Able to stand for long periods (8–12 hours)
+ Ability to lift 10–50 lbs and move carts as needed
+ Previous inserter experience is a plus, not required

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
